About The Position

Western Alliance Bank is seeking undergraduate students for its paid Summer 2027 Internship Program in Resort Finance in Phoenix, Arizona. Over the 10-week program, interns will work on challenging projects related to their area of study, collaborate with other interns and experienced professionals, and receive support from a mentor. The program includes business projects, mentoring, leadership development training, and team-building activities. Requirements

Be an undergraduate student currently enrolled in a related field of study.
Have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
Have strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and organizational skills.
Be able to self-motivate and work productively without supervision.
Have an interest in the Commercial Business Banking industry.
Be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis; employment-based immigration sponsorship and assistance with OPT or CPT are not offered.
