As an Inclusive Culture Intern, you will contribute to enterprise culture initiatives and gain hands on experience working with our Associate Resource Groups (ARGs), Business Unit Councils, and the Inclusive Culture Consulting team. You’ll help advance our inclusive culture priorities by modernizing tools, supporting events and partnerships, synthesizing insights, and enhancing operational efficiency. This role is ideal for a student interested in corporate culture, talent, strategic partnerships and outreach, or communications.

Requirements

  • Juniors pursuing an undergraduate degree in communications, business, HR, public policy, multicultural studies, or related field.
  • Strong writing, synthesis, and PowerPoint skills required.
  • Interest in inclusive culture, cross‑generational workplace trends, and enterprise partnerships.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • This internship will only support those that are local to Columbus, Ohio as this is a hybrid position.
  • Housing will not be provided.

Nice To Haves

  • Comfort with MS Forms, Excel, SharePoint, and AI‑assisted productivity tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts benchmarking and quick-turn research related to culture, partnerships, generational trends, and best practices to inform enterprise initiatives.
  • Summarizes findings into concise briefs, presentation materials and preparation documents that support Inclusive Culture Consultants and Associate Resource Groups and Business Unit Council leaders.
  • Assist with updating and standardizing templates and materials for the Inclusive Culture team.
  • Collects and aggregates data, visualizes results, identifies themes, and recommends follow‑up actions.
  • Supports logistics and day‑of execution for major activations, programs and partnership events.
  • Maps current workflows across the Inclusive Culture ecosystem and identifies opportunities for simplification, including light AI‑assisted or automation solutions.
  • May perform other responsibilities as assigned.
