About The Position

The Suite/Catering Attendant receives specific orders and requests to fulfill before, during, and after events. The attendant understands menu offerings, ensures food is delivered promptly, and maintains suite or catering spaces throughout events. The role also follows food safety and sanitation guidelines and supports area setup and breakdown.

Requirements

Ability to communicate effectively by speaking and comprehending English.
Ability to problem-solve and make decisions with little guidance.
Ability to interact with high-profile guests while remaining professional and committed to providing an exceptional experience.
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; remain mobile and physically engaged with guests for long periods; react with physical and mental alertness in emergencies; and move easily and quickly from sitting to standing.
Ability to lift or move materials and equipment weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Ensure food and beverages are properly delivered and/or stored.
Pick up food from the kitchen and deliver it to guests in-seat.
Maintain the suite before, during, and after each event.
Know all menu offerings.
Follow setup and breakdown processes efficiently and complete event setup and breakdown responsibilities within provided timelines.
Perform post-event product inventory and restock as needed.
Understand event paperwork and reports.
Exceed guest expectations and adhere to location appearance guidelines.
Act with urgency and professionalism.
Maintain prep and service areas.
Follow good safety and sanitation practices and responsible alcohol service policies.
Help maintain equipment.
Assist fellow employees as needed and perform other duties as assigned.
