We are currently seeking a SuccessFactors CW-EC Lead Consultant to join our team in Plano, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Lead SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Lead Consultant Role Overview The Recruiting Lead Consultant is responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management (RCM) and Recruiting Posting (RMK) modules. This role ensures that client recruiting processes are optimized through best practices and SAP capabilities.

Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience expertise in SuccessFactors Employee Central, Position Management, Contingent Worker Management, Mass Changes Functionality, Document generation, EC Reports with exposure to Advanced Reports.
  • Exposure to Packaged integration with Mini Master integration with SAP S4/HANA.
  • Minimum 5+ years of Integration Experience for SF Modules-Compensation, Variable Pay, Recruiting, Onboarding 2.0, Succession Planning, Job Profile Builder
  • Understanding of Employee Hire to Retire processes.
  • Minimum 2+ years in integrations (e.g., via SAP CPI or middleware).
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related field.
  • 10+ years of SAP SuccessFactors’ experience with at least 3 full-cycle EC implementations.
  • SAP SuccessFactors EC certification required
  • 10+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
  • 3+ years of SAP SuccessFactors recruiting experience
  • 5+ years of SAP SuccessFacros EC experience
  • 3+ years of integration experience

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of SuccessFactors Employee Central module
  • Conduct workshops to gather business requirements and map them to SAP functionality.
  • Configure and customize Employee Central Fields, Country Specific Fields, Foundation Data, Workflows, MDF Objects, Rules, and other employee processes respecting RBP permissions.
  • Design Global Process consolidating requirement with add on localization to global template based on Local Add on for multiple countries
  • Integrate Recruiting with Onboarding, Talent Modules, and external systems via Integration Solutions
  • Provide guidance to client HR and IT teams on system optimization.
  • Develop test cases and conduct UAT support.
  • Deliver user training and post-go-live support.
