About The Position

Team Schierl Companies is hiring a Restaurant Store Manager to lead the Subway team at 1635 W. 20th Avenue in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. The manager oversees daily restaurant operations, supports efficient service, and leads team members while creating a positive experience for Guests and Associates. The position offers a salary of up to $48,000 annually, including incentives, depending on experience.

Requirements

• Leadership experience or experience in restaurant or fast-food operations is a plus.
• Lead by example, enjoy developing a team, and be committed to providing an excellent Guest experience.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Taco John's, McDonald's, Jimmy John's, or similar restaurants is especially valuable.

Responsibilities
