About The Position
Subway is hiring a motivated Restaurant Store Manager to lead the team at 1635 W. 20th Avenue in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Requirements
- Leadership experience or experience in restaurant or fast-food operations is a plus.
- Lead by example, enjoy developing a team, and be committed to providing an excellent Guest experience.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Taco John's, McDonald's, Jimmy John's, or similar restaurants is especially valuable.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth, efficient service.
- Manage inventory, cash drawers, and daily reporting.
- Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate team members.
- Create a welcoming environment for Guests and Associates.
- Lead by example and deliver outstanding Guest service.
