Subway Manager
About The Position
Road Ranger is looking for a Subway Manager to join the team at our Seguin TX location. As the face of Subway, you are to provide and ensure fast and friendly customer service, creating a fun and positive work environment, hiring and leading a top group of Subway employees, dedicated to serving up fresh-made, delicious sandwiches and other offerings for our hungry customers. In addition to preparing food, this role is responsible for providing fast and friendly customer service, operating the point-of-sale system, safeguarding cash and inventory, maintaining proper food safety standards, and ensuring the cleanliness of the Subway area. This position is engaging, gives you a lot of variety in your day, and prepares you for more responsibility along your Subway/ Road Ranger journey.
Requirements
- 1 plus years of restaurant management experience.
- Friendly, hard-working, and reliable leader.
- Enjoys engaging with customers, employees, and vendors.
- Willing to help make a difference in someone's day.
