About The Position

GE Vernova is looking for an exceptional Subsystem Program Manager to join our Electrification team based in Barcelona, Spain or Greenville, USA. This role will lead the development and maintenance of integrated schedules for new wind technology programs, ensuring every phase of the project lifecycle is executed with precision and technical alignment. The Subsystem Program Manager will act as a central coordinator, bridging the gap between engineering teams, system leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to identify risks, manage resources, and keep complex projects on track. This work is essential to ensuring our technology reaches the market efficiently, helping GE Vernova maintain its commitment to sustainable energy.

Requirements

The ability to manage complex project schedules and track integrated milestones throughout a product's lifecycle.
The capability to work effectively across diverse, global teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
An understanding of project management methodologies and the ability to apply them to technical engineering programs.
Expertise in identifying roadblocks early and leading the coordination required to resolve them.
A keen interest in wind energy technology and the innovation processes that bring new products to market.
A formal education in an Engineering discipline is required for this role.

Responsibilities

Leading the end-to-end management of integrated program schedules to ensure project milestones are met on time.
Building alignment between engineering, product, and systems teams to facilitate smooth program execution and rapid gap identification.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to align program needs and identify critical delivery dates throughout the project lifecycle.
Improving subsystem operations by supporting daily management routines, standardizing processes, and tracking key performance metrics.
Developing and executing scenario planning to navigate complex program challenges and drive effective problem-solving.
