We provide surface, air and undersea solutions, including radar and surveillance systems, undersea combat systems, and surface combat systems and sensors. The Radar Digital Processing Subsystem Engineer supports the development of radar processor applications for deployment on real-time hardware. The engineer will design and document radar processing hardware/software architectures, design and analyze processing algorithms, perform modeling and simulation, and develop and execute test plans. The engineer will work on cross-discipline teams of systems, hardware, software, firmware, and test engineers while supporting all phases of development from concept through customer qualification testing. This position is for an engineer to perform the design, analysis, and requirements verification of digital hardware radar systems. The successful candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and work well in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary environment.

Requirements

  • BS Degree in Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Computer Engineering
  • Minimum 5 years related experience
  • Experience designing processing algorithms for real-time software applications
  • Experience developing software and/or hardware requirements
  • Simulation tool experience such as MATLAB
  • Experience testing processing hardware and/or software
  • Candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a security clearance at the SECRET level
  • Must be a US Citizen
