About The Position
Teachers Now is hiring substitute teachers for daily and long-term assignments in Midland, Odessa, and surrounding West Texas communities. The role offers flexible assignment selection and opportunities for consistent Monday–Friday work. No teaching certification or prior teaching experience is required. Paid training is provided to help prepare substitutes for the classroom. Pay is $100–$120 per day. Fingerprinting reimbursement is available for eligible candidates.
Requirements
- Minimum of a high school diploma.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional.
- Strong communication and classroom management skills.
- Comfortable working with students and following lesson plans.
- Available for weekday assignments.
