About The Position
The Goleta Union School District serves approximately 3,384 students in preschool through sixth grade across nine elementary schools. The district offers transitional kindergarten, special education and mental health services, after-school care, programs for gifted students and English Learners, and student intervention support. Its educational approach includes small class sizes, science-based literacy, STEAM, and community partnerships. The Substitute Teacher provides instruction and manages the classroom environment when the regular teacher is absent.
