Substitute Preschool Teacher
About The Position
Cadence Education is seeking an energetic, creative Substitute Preschool Teacher to help provide a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. The teacher embraces Cadence Education’s philosophy and works with educators to deliver its curriculum, observe and support children’s interests and play, encourage positive social skills, and help plan varied daily activities. The role also includes documenting and sharing children’s milestones with parents and collaborating with teachers and school leaders. The position is based in Doral, Florida. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.
- Meets all state preschool teacher assistant requirements.
- Flexible and ready to work during business hours.

Responsibilities
- Embrace Cadence Education’s philosophy and work with educators to deliver a fun, developmentally appropriate curriculum.
- Document and share children’s daily milestones with parents.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and leaders to create engaging experiences for children.
- Observe children’s interests, maintain a safe environment, and extend play through language, toys, and activities.
- Encourage social skills and positive behaviors.
- Help plan a varied daily schedule, including quiet time, active play, indoor and outdoor activities, and fine- and gross-motor activities.
