About The Position
The Substitute Paraprofessional II supports students at Carlmont High School. The Sequoia Union High School District encourages applicants with diverse backgrounds and experiences, particularly anti-bias educators who are racially conscious, equity-focused, and motivated to support the success of all students. Paraprofessionals must meet No Child Left Behind (NCLB) compliance requirements through one of the following: a high school diploma or equivalent plus two years of college (48 units); an associate degree or higher; or passing an NCLB exam before employment. Each department or school site screens applications and conducts interviews at its own convenience; applicants are asked not to contact Human Resources for an interview.
