About The Position

HOKALI is seeking a substitute educator for KPOP Dance or Speech and Debate enrichment programming at Natomas USD. The role involves supervising and engaging students from Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade in a safe, supportive after-school environment. The educator will plan and lead recreational and enrichment activities, encourage positive social interactions and teamwork, manage behavior with positive reinforcement, maintain attendance and incident records, and prepare materials while keeping program spaces clean and safe.

The schedule runs from October 12, 2026, through December 18, 2026. Sessions are Mondays from 3–4 PM, Tuesdays from 3–4 PM, Wednesdays from 2–3 PM (with flexibility to change the time if needed), Thursdays from 3:30–4:30 PM, and Fridays from 4–5 PM. The location is Natomas USD and pay is $50 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able and willing to complete three hours of online training.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
