About The Position

HOKALI is hiring an After School Enrichment Educator to supervise and engage students during after-school programming at Natomas USD. The role is intended for individuals with KPOP or Speech and Debate teaching experience who can create safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences for students from Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade.

The scheduled program runs from October 12, 2026, through December 18, 2026. The listed schedule is Mondays, 3–4 PM; Tuesdays, 3–4 PM; Wednesdays, 2–3 PM (with flexibility to change the time if needed); Thursdays, 3:30–4:30 PM; and Fridays, 4–5 PM. Pay is $50 per hour. HOKALI provides structured lesson plans while allowing educators to bring their own ideas.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability and willingness to complete three hours of online training.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities
