About The Position

HOKALI is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KPOP Substitute Educator in Ontario, California, to supervise and engage students during after-school enrichment programming. The role is intended for educators who enjoy a dynamic environment and are passionate about creating safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences. HOKALI is actively seeking instructors with dance teaching experience.

The educator will supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade, ensure their safety and well-being, and plan and lead recreational and enrichment activities. The position is scheduled for Tuesdays from 1:10 p.m. to 2:10 p.m., from October 27, 2026, through February 23, 2027. Pay is $50 per hour. Structured lesson plans are provided, with flexibility to bring personal ideas to class.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able and willing to complete 3 hours of online training.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Dance teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade.
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
• Plan and lead engaging recreational and enrichment activities.
• Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork.
• Manage student behavior effectively using positive reinforcement.
• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records.
• Prepare and organize activity materials, and keep spaces clean and safe.
