About The Position

HOKALI is hiring a KPOP Substitute Educator in Ontario, California, to supervise and engage students during after-school enrichment programming. The role is focused on creating safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences for students from Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade. HOKALI is actively seeking instructors with dance teaching experience.

The schedule is Tuesdays from 1:10 p.m. to 2:10 p.m. The program starts October 27, 2026, and ends February 23, 2027. Pay is $50 per hour. Structured lesson plans are provided, with flexibility for the educator to bring their own ideas to class.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be able and willing to complete 3 hours of online training.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Dance teaching experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade.
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
• Plan and lead engaging recreational and enrichment activities.
• Facilitate positive social interactions and encourage teamwork.
• Manage student behavior effectively using positive reinforcement.
• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records.
• Prepare and organize activity materials, and keep spaces clean and safe.
