About The Position

HOKALI is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated KPOP Substitute Educator in Ontario, California, to supervise and engage students during after-school enrichment programming. The role is suited to educators who enjoy a dynamic environment and are passionate about creating safe, engaging, and supportive learning experiences. HOKALI is actively seeking instructors with dance teaching experience.

The educator will supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten through 8th grade, maintain their safety and well-being, and lead recreational and enrichment activities. Structured lesson plans are provided, with flexibility to bring original ideas to class.

The scheduled class is Tuesdays from 1:10 PM to 2:10 PM, beginning October 27, 2026, and ending February 23, 2027. Pay is $50 per hour. The role requires 3 hours of online training.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have the ability and willingness to complete 3 hours of online training.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students from Transitional Kindergarten (TK) through 8th grade.
• Ensure student safety and well-being at all times.
• Plan and lead engaging recreational and enrichment activities.

• Manage student behavior effectively using positive reinforcement.
• Maintain accurate attendance and incident records.
• Prepare and organize activity materials, keeping spaces clean and safe.
