Liberty Community Programs is a residential Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment program dedicated to helping individuals build healthy, meaningful lives through evidence-based treatment, compassion, accountability, and recovery. The Master’s Level Substance Abuse Counselor provides clinical services, including individual counseling, group therapy, treatment planning, and case coordination for adults in our ASAM Level 3.5 residential treatment program. This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, evidence-based clinical care while supporting residents through all phases of recovery. The counselor plays a key role in clinical decision-making, treatment planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, person-centered care.
