Red Games Co. is seeking an experienced and strategic thinker in data analytics with deep expertise in subscription-based mobile games. This is a critical role within the organization, responsible for shaping the company’s subscription growth strategy, influencing product and marketing investment decisions, and establishing the analytical foundation that drives long-term business performance. As an expert in subscription analytics, this individual will serve as the primary authority on subscriber acquisition, engagement, retention, monetization, and lifetime value optimization across our portfolio. They will work closely with Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to identify growth opportunities, quantify business risks, and ensure decisions are grounded in data. We are not looking for someone to grow into the role. We are looking for someone who has successfully managed subscription analytics initiatives within mobile gaming, or possesses deep analytical experience in subscription-based models that can transfer over to the games space.
