About The Position

Repwest is hiring a Subrogation Adjuster to join their team. Individuals in this role will be responsible for the identification and collection of subrogation recoveries including first party U-Haul equipment damages, third party auto liability damages, and commercial general liability damages. This is a fully onsite position located at our corporate campus in Phoenix, AZ and is not eligible for hybrid or remote work. This position is not eligible for employer sponsorship.

Requirements

Collections and/or Adjusting experience.
Excellent customer service skills including excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Must be highly organized and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

Identification and collection of subrogation recoveries including first party U-Haul equipment damages, third party auto liability damages, and commercial general liability damages.
Collections and/or Adjusting experience.
Heavy phone work required.
Follow the structured policy and procedures of subrogation.
Track and monitor payments and payment arrangements.
All other duties as required that ensures compliance with state Department of Insurance (DOI) regulations.
