About The Position

Valiant is looking for a Subject Matter Expert Training Advisor to join their team for a temporary assignment. The role involves working directly with Argentinian Air Force F-16 maintenance personnel at Rio Cuarto Air Base, Rio Cuarto, Argentina, for a period not exceeding 6 months. The SME will advise and provide training on proper F-16 aircraft maintenance techniques and procedures. Other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
• Extensive, documented 7-Level experience operating as a Crew Chief and/or Phase Dock Chief on the F-16 aircraft.
• Comprehensive experience and working knowledge across various F-16 aircraft systems, specifically including: Avionics, Electrical Systems, Environmental Systems, Structures, Fuels, Egress Systems.
• Demonstrated knowledge of F-16 armaments and munitions systems.
• Experience with Phased Inspection.
• Ability to use a computer, headset, and aircraft maintenance tools and test sets when necessary.
• Clear verbal communication and active listening skills to participate in meetings and conduct language assessments.
• Ability to read, review, and analyze Country-Specific Technical Orders and other written materials for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and carry up to approximately 35 pounds (such as laptops, documents, or small equipment), if applicable.

Responsibilities
