About The Position

Provide direct user support for AEA Tools, assisting customers with account administration, system status, and network inquiries. Engage with users through phone, VTC, email, chat, and online platforms including JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, and SpySpace.

Requirements

  • An active NSA TS/SCI with Polygraph
  • Two years of hands‑on experience with Intelligence Community (IC) tools and capabilities
  • High school diploma
  • Understanding of operational product workflows

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience as an analyst

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot system issues and perform first‑level corrective maintenance
  • Address complex user questions and provide clear guidance
  • Assist help desk technicians on advanced inquiries
  • Deliver timely operational updates to customer teams
  • Follow and maintain SOPs and SLAs
  • Update and manage the ticket‑tracking system
