The Subcontracts Administrator prepares RFP packages, conducts bidders meetings, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiates subcontract provisions, selects or recommends subcontractors, finalizes and transmits subcontracts, and administers resulting subcontracts. Subcontracts Administrator performs customer contact activities to provide for proper subcontract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications. Subcontract Administrator also, reviews awarded subcontracts as assigned and provides coordination to ensure execution of all post award submittments. Finally the Subcontracts Administrator executes all subcontract closeout requirements for a project.
