You will manage the full lifecycle of global subcontracts, master services agreements, and supply terms while working directly with Orlando leadership and internal teams. You will be a key liaison across Procurement, Legal, PMO, and Export teams—drafting agreements, negotiating supplier terms, supporting U.S. Small Business Subcontracting programs, and ensuring compliance with federal regulatory requirements. Requirements

3-5 years of experience in government contracting, procurement, or defense acquisitions.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in law, contracts, or business.
Strong knowledge of U.S. government contracting and procurement regulations, specifically within the FAR and DFARS.
Critical thinking, excellent writing and editing skills, and keen attention to detail.

Nice To Haves

Professional contracts certificates (e.g., NCMA or equivalent).
Familiarity with export compliance and regulations (EAR/ITAR, GDPR, DEFCON).
Willingness to learn laws and procurement regulations of key international regions (UK, Sweden, Czech Republic, Germany, Australia).
Proficiency with tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Responsibilities

Manage the full lifecycle of global subcontracts, master services agreements, and supply terms.
Act as a key liaison across Procurement, Legal, PMO, and Export teams.
Draft agreements and negotiate supplier terms.
Support U.S. Small Business Subcontracting programs.
Ensure compliance with federal regulatory requirements.
Proactively take on complex subcontract issues and work to resolve them.
Take ownership of work, manage internal approvals effectively, and negotiate terms across diverse products and services.
Manage multiple agreements simultaneously and work independently with all levels of management.
