About The Position

As a Contracts Analyst, you will join the Contracts Management Group and work with the purchasing and project teams to support the overall successful bid and buyout process for our projects. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for a detail-oriented individual looking to build a career in contracts management; we are fully prepared to train the right candidate from the ground up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and a collaborative team player.
  • A strong work ethic with a desire to learn, adapt, and be trained in company-specific standards.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter and able to work independently.

Nice To Haves

  • Basic understanding of the construction industry and subcontract agreements.
  • 2+ years of related experience (including equivalent studies in college).

Responsibilities

  • Develop strong positive and productive working relationships with purchasing and project teams.
  • Review, assemble, and process subcontracts to ensure they align with company standards and mitigate risk before issuance.
  • Receive, validate, and archive bonds, ensuring they meet all company standards and authenticity requirements.
  • Review budgets from purchasing and project teams and input into our internal system
  • Interface regularly with senior management, Risk Management, Legal, and Central Business Partner Group.
