About The Position

Royal Caribbean Group's Supply Chain team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Analyst, Global Contracts reporting to the Lead, Vendor Mgmt & Crew Port Logistics. This position is onsite and based in Miami, FL. This position is also not eligible for work authorization sponsorship. Royal Caribbean Group is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Analyst, Global Contracts & Analytics based in Miami, Florida. This role combines global contract support and vendor governance with a key analytics and reporting function supporting Global Crew Port Logistics operations. The Analyst serves as a technical and operational point of contact for analytics and reporting, partnering with business stakeholders and technology teams to support the development of dashboards, reporting tools, and forecasting capabilities. This role also works closely with Procurement, Finance, and Operations to support RFP processes, vendor performance analysis, and cost visibility, enabling data-driven decision-making across global crew logistics. This position supports the continued evolution of Crew Port Logistics into a more data-driven and efficient operation. By contributing to reporting, contract support, and RFP processes, the Analyst helps improve vendor performance visibility, cost control, and overall operational decision-making across global operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in analytics, contracts, procurement support, or operations
  • Experience supporting RFP processes, vendor analysis, or contract management
  • Strong proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel
  • Experience with financial analysis, reporting, and basic forecasting
  • Ability to work across Procurement, Finance, Technology, and Operations teams
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to translate business needs into reporting and data insights
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Sound business and financial judgment
  • High level of accuracy and accountability

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary liaison with Procurement to support sourcing strategies and contract execution
  • Participate in the end-to-end RFP process, including: Supporting definition of business requirements and scope, Assisting in bid evaluations through data analysis and cost comparisons, Preparing pricing analyses and supporting vendor selection decisions
  • Support preparation, review, and administration of global contracts (Hotel, Transportation, Port Agents, and related vendors)
  • Maintain alignment between contract terms, operational needs, and financial objectives
  • Assist in maintaining contract governance processes, controls, and documentation
  • Support contract amendments and track execution status of agreements
  • Maintain vendor master data, including rates, SLAs, and financial terms
  • Support vendor onboarding activities (AP setup, systems integration, etc.)
  • Partner with Legal, Procurement, Vendor Management, and Operations teams to ensure efficient contract execution
  • Serve as a technical and operational point of contact for Crew Port Logistics analytics and reporting
  • Partner with stakeholders and technology teams to support the development and enhancement of reporting solutions
  • Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reporting tools (Power BI, etc.)
  • Perform data extraction, validation, and analysis to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement
  • Support the development and maintenance of reporting across: Crew port logistics operations, Vendor performance and SLA tracking, Contract utilization and spend analytics, Budget vs. actual financial performance
  • Contribute to forecasting, cost analysis, and basic modeling efforts to support planning activities
  • Prepare and distribute regular reports and insights to Operations, Finance, and other stakeholders
  • Help ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across systems and reporting outputs
  • Support enhancements to reporting tools and systems used in crew logistics operations
  • Work with stakeholders to translate business needs into reporting requirements and data outputs
  • Assist in identifying and investigating data discrepancies and reporting issues, escalating as needed
  • Contribute to efforts to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual work
  • Support implementation and ongoing optimization of contract management and analytics platforms
  • Maintain documentation, SOPs, and data definitions to ensure consistency and usability
  • Support resolution of reporting, data, and system-related issues impacting operations
  • Provide data-driven support to operational teams for decision-making and issue resolution
  • Monitor performance trends and highlight potential risks or improvement opportunities
  • Assist in training stakeholders on reporting tools and dashboards
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across crew logistics operations
