PeopleTec is currently seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to support our Huntsville, AL location. This role involves leading cradle-to-grave subcontract administration activities supporting DoD and Federal Government programs. The administrator will develop, negotiate, award, administer, and close out subcontracts in accordance with company policies and Government regulations. Responsibilities include preparing solicitation packages, evaluating supplier proposals, conducting cost and price analyses, and negotiating subcontract terms and conditions. The role also involves administering various subcontract types, ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, customer requirements, and subcontract flowdown obligations, and supporting proposal and capture efforts. Additionally, the administrator will support CPSRs, DCMA/DCAA audits, and other compliance reviews, serving as the primary interface between subcontractors and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
