About The Position

As a contracts specialist, you use your sharp negotiation tactics and talent for organization to help manage critical documents. We need you to bring your contract management knowledge to our Global Supply Chain team, where you’ll be a trusted advisor and a valuable collaborator who finds creative solutions to complex problems for an advanced technology company. On our team, you’ll use your subcontract management and direct procurement expertise to capture, implement, and manage a range of proposals and contracts for federal programs. In this role, you’ll touch every element of government acquisition, from beginning stages to completion. You’ll review and analyze solicitations for potential risks, guide suggested proposal strategies and advise leadership on risk mitigation strategies. As a trusted business partner, you’ll negotiate and administer contracts with subcontractors and original equipment manufacturers across a breadth of contract types. You’ll also use your sourcing skills to support onboarding and awarding subcontracts and suppliers within a government approved procurement system. Requirements

  • Experience in project coordination, supply chain, subcontracts, purchasing, logistics, or operations
  • Experience working directly with suppliers and their sub-tiers with product delivery
  • Ability to function independently as a self-starter
  • Ability to collaborate with program leadership and stakeholders to drive delivery of procurements
  • HS diploma or GED
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
