PeopleTec is currently seeking a Subcontracts Administrator to support our Huntsville, AL location. This role involves leading cradle-to-grave subcontract administration activities for DoD and Federal Government programs. The administrator will be responsible for developing, negotiating, awarding, administering, and closing out subcontracts in compliance with company policies and Government regulations. Key tasks include preparing solicitation packages, evaluating supplier proposals, conducting cost and price analyses, and negotiating subcontract terms and conditions. The position requires administering various subcontract types such as Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Cost Reimbursement, Time & Materials (T&M), and IDIQ agreements, ensuring adherence to FAR, DFARS, customer requirements, and subcontract flowdown obligations. The role also supports proposal and capture efforts through supplier engagement, pricing support, and subcontract strategy development, as well as assisting with CPSRs, DCMA/DCAA audits, and other compliance reviews. The Subcontracts Administrator will act as the primary liaison between subcontractors and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
