About The Position

You will be the Subcontract Management for the Subcontract Management team. Our team is responsible for managing supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance on complex DOD subcontracts. As the Subcontract Management you will be responsible for overseeing subcontract execution, ensuring compliance, and driving performance across the supply chain.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related STEM discipline or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
Demonstrated proficiency with FAR/DFARS and multiple contract types (e.g., Cost Plus Fixed Fee, Firm Fixed Price, Time and Materials) as applied to subcontract procurement and compliance.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance (or higher) for work with classified suppliers.
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.

Nice To Haves

Proven ability to lead cross functional subcontract management teams and exercise procurement delegation authority (signing supplier agreements and purchase orders) within established limits.
Experience applying Earned Value Management (EVM) or other cost control methodologies to subcontract performance.
Advanced proficiency with contract management systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle Procurement, or equivalent) and the ability to generate cost risk and compliance reports for senior leadership.

Responsibilities

Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance of classified supplier subcontracts.
Lead multifunctional subcontract management teams and coordinate with stakeholders.
Develop and negotiate subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms.
Prepare bid packages, conduct bidder conferences, and evaluate proposals.
Administer awarded subcontracts, including change management and compliance.
