About The Position

You will be the Subcontract Management (SCM) for the Chelmsford Global Supply Chain team. Our team is responsible for seamless material flow and supplier collaboration to support manufacturing excellence. As the Subcontract Management (SCM) you will be responsible for overseeing the end‑to‑end supply chain process from purchase requisition through delivery of material supporting the Terminal High Altitude Air Defense (THAAD) program.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance
Microsoft Office Suite skillset
Ability to travel (<25%)
MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.
The selected candidate must be able to obtain a Secret clearance.
A company-sponsored interim Secret clearance is required to start.

Responsibilities

Manage purchase requisitions and ensure timely order placement.
Coordinate with suppliers to guarantee on‑time delivery and quality compliance.
Track material flow and resolve any logistical issues.
Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing to align supply with production schedules.
Maintain accurate records and reporting for THAAD program requirements.
