You will oversee supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for complex contracts across commercial, DOD, and international programs across a variety of Lockheed platforms. Your leadership will drive multifunctional subcontract management teams, and you will play a pivotal role in developing and administering subcontract specifications and agreements. Your contributions will ensure our projects remain on track and aligned with our high standards of excellence.

Requirements

Bachelors Degree required to apply
Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management or as a Buyer
Experience analyzing/managing production or sustainment requirements in an SAP procurement system
Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), or Department of Defense (DOD) contracts
Aero Industry experience

Global Supply Chain experience with a focus on development, production, and sustainment

Responsibilities

Manage supplier performance on moderate-to-high-risk contracts, including modified Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and build-to-print subcontracts.
Lead and mentor teams in subcontract management, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Prepare and execute bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, and develop evaluation criteria.
Analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, and make recommendations for subcontractor selection.
Oversee the preparation and administration of subcontracts, including necessary changes and compliance with Lockheed Martin policies.
