You will oversee supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance for complex contracts across commercial, DOD, and international programs across a variety of Lockheed platforms. Your leadership will drive multifunctional subcontract management teams, and you will play a pivotal role in developing and administering subcontract specifications and agreements. Your contributions will ensure our projects remain on track and aligned with our high standards of excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree required to apply
  • Experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, Subcontract Management or as a Buyer
  • Experience analyzing/managing production or sustainment requirements in an SAP procurement system
  • Experience with the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) or Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), or Department of Defense (DOD) contracts
  • Aero Industry experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier performance on moderate-to-high-risk contracts, including modified Commercial Off The Shelf (COTS) and build-to-print subcontracts.
  • Lead and mentor teams in subcontract management, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
  • Prepare and execute bid packages, conduct bidders’ conferences, and develop evaluation criteria.
  • Analyze and evaluate proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, and make recommendations for subcontractor selection.
  • Oversee the preparation and administration of subcontracts, including necessary changes and compliance with Lockheed Martin policies.
