We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Subaru Trade-Up Advantage Sales Manager to lead and execute our customer upgrade and vehicle acquisition strategy. This role is responsible for managing and growing the dealership’s Trade-Up Advantage program, driving customer retention, increasing vehicle sales, and sourcing high-quality pre-owned inventory through proactive customer outreach. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, highly organized, and experienced in automotive sales, customer engagement, and CRM-driven follow-up strategies.
