Dahl Subaru is seeking a Subaru Technician to join its growing team. Requirements
- Understanding of automobiles and strong diagnostic abilities.
- Effective analytical and communication skills, with eagerness to improve.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures, and specifications.
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Test vehicle systems and components to ensure they are secure and functioning properly.
- Isolate systems or components that may have caused a problem.
- Drive vehicles for testing and inspect and refill fluid levels as needed.
- Check tire pressure and inflate tires properly; clean and lubricate fittings as needed.
- Install a new oil drain plug and oil filter, and communicate oil levels to teammates.
- Diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and accurately.
- Repair or replace worn parts before they cause vehicle breakdown or damage.
- Use power tools, machine tools, and common hand tools to perform tasks.
