About The Position

Ciocca Subaru of York is hiring an energetic, enthusiastic, and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join its team. Technicians test-drive vehicles, use diagnostic tools to test components and systems, diagnose and repair vehicle systems, estimate the time needed for additional repairs, and complete warranty repairs to manufacturer specifications. Requirements

• At least 2 years of service technician experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

• ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems, including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.
• Provide an estimate of the time needed for additional repairs.
• Execute warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications.
