Automotive Service Advisor - Subaru
About The Position
Ciocca Subaru of York is seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and highly motivated automotive service advisor to join its growing team. The role focuses on coordinating service orders and the drive lane, delivering prompt and courteous customer service, supporting customer inquiries, and helping ensure technicians’ time is efficiently assigned and sold. The advisor also answers questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs, and assists with diagnosis and ordering parts and tools. The position is full-time and includes some Saturdays. Compensation is commission-based, with potential annual earnings of $40,000–$80,000.
Requirements
- A consistent record of service and sales success.
- A strong record of positive customer satisfaction results.
- A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Oversee service orders and the flow of the drive lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service.
- Provide concierge support for owner inquiries by phone or in person and help ensure customers are handled appropriately.
- Ensure the daily inventory of technicians’ time is consistently sold to service customers.
- Distribute work efficiently among technicians.
- Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.
- Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems and order parts and tools as necessary.
