About The Position

Kocourek Subaru is seeking a motivated B/C-level automotive technician with a foundation in automotive repair who wants to develop their skills and advance into more complex repair work. The role offers hands-on experience learning Subaru systems, technology, and repair procedures, along with paid factory training and certification opportunities. Technicians work with other technicians and service advisors to complete quality repairs and provide a positive customer experience. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with no nights or weekends.

Requirements

• At least one year of automotive or mechanical experience, gained through employment or technical education.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Willingness to learn, accept coaching, and develop new skills.
• Dependable work ethic and attention to detail.
• Team-first attitude and pride in doing quality work.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and light-to-medium automotive repairs.
• Assist with diagnostics and more advanced repairs as skills develop.
• Learn Subaru systems, technology, and repair procedures through hands-on experience and factory training.
• Work with technicians and service advisors to deliver quality repairs and a positive customer experience.
• Complete work safely, accurately, and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
