About The Position

EVEREVE is a fashion retailer offering curated trends from more than 150 brands, along with personalized styling across its stores, e-commerce business, and Trendsend subscription box service. The Full-Time Stylist leads by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience and are seen and connected with in the store. The role combines customer styling and sales with support for recruiting, coaching, store operations, inventory, and visual standards when store management is not present. Stylists also lead a Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.

Responsibilities

Act and lead through the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
Support recruiting efforts to build a team aligned with the HEART values and Styling Experience.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and demonstrate passion for fashion and trends.
Lead by example and follow company standards and the Store Manager’s direction.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are not present, support coaching and leadership of the styling floor and team.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are not present, support daily business operations, including coordination of operations, store inventory management, and merchandising and visual standards.
Drive sales results as a lead sales generator in the store.
Lead a Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.
Ensure all customers are seen and connected with.
