About The Position

As a part-time Merchandiser at EVEREVE, you will help drive store sales and customer loyalty by creating an exceptional customer experience through a well-merchandised, visually engaging, and brand-appropriate store environment. You will work with store leadership and regional merchandising partners to execute merchandising directives, maintain visual standards, respond to product sell-through, and support the styling floor and sale section. • Clear and motivating communication style with strong presentation skills.

• Ability to work independently in stores and be self-motivated.
• Creativity balanced with logic, organizational, and operational skills.
• Retail visual merchandising experience specifically in women’s clothing.
• Ability to climb a ladder as needed.
• Ability to lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through the core values of humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity (HEART).
• Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and the Regional Merchandise Manager or Director.
• Implement visual strategies that drive sales, create brand consistency, and improve the customer experience.
• Work with the leadership team to ensure visual standards are upheld throughout the day and week as a shared team responsibility.
• React to sell-through and replenish the styling floor, focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity.
• Partner with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns, re-merchandise the styling floor, and expand or condense the sale section as needed.
