About The Position

EVEREVE is a fashion brand offering curated trends from more than 150 brands alongside personalized styling advice. The company operates stores, an e-commerce business, and the Trendsend subscription box service. The Full-Time Stylist leads by example to ensure customers receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience and are seen and connected with. Stylists maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and help lead the styling team and daily store operations when the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent. They also drive sales and lead an assigned Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.

Responsibilities

Act and lead through the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
Support recruiting efforts to build a team aligned with the company’s HEART values and Styling Experience.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and lead by example in following company and Store Manager standards.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support coaching and leading the styling floor and team.
When the Store Manager and Assistant Manager are absent, support daily operations, including coordination of operations, store inventory management, and merchandising and visual standards.
Generate sales as a lead sales generator in the store.
Lead an assigned Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.
Ensure customers are seen and connected with and receive the EVEREVE Styling Experience.
