The role combines customer styling and sales with support for daily store operations, inventory management, and merchandising standards.

Responsibilities

Act according to the company's HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor, bringing warmth and positive energy while demonstrating passion for fashion and trends.
Follow company policies and standards set by the company and Store Manager.
Work with leaders and peers to deliver a HEART Styling experience to customers.
Support the leadership team with daily business operations, including coordinating operations, managing store inventory, and maintaining merchandising and visual standards.
Contribute to store sales generation and goals, maintaining minimum sales targets of $140 SPC and $150 SPH.
