About The Position

The Assistant Manager leads according to EVEREVE guidelines, supports the company’s mission and culture, and partners with the Store Manager to provide customers with the EVEREVE Styling Experience. The role focuses on ensuring every customer is seen and connected with, supporting the store team, and helping deliver store sales and operational results.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through the company’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Support recruiting efforts to build a talented team aligned with the company culture and HEART Styling Experience.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and demonstrate passion for fashion and trends.
• Lead by example and follow standards set by the company and Store Manager.
• Assist the Store Manager in coaching, teaching, and developing employees.
• Support daily store operations, inventory and fulfillment management, and merchandising and visual standards.
• Drive results through personal and team styling performance, Trendsend styling, customer order fulfillment, customer outreach, and support of payroll management.
• Maintain sales performance in line with store goals.
• Lead the assigned Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.
