About The Position

EVEREVE is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead its store team and deliver a consistent EVEREVE Styling Experience. The Assistant Manager partners with the Store Manager to uphold company guidelines, mission, culture, and brand standards, ensuring every customer is seen and connected with. The role calls for a strong floor presence, fashion and trend awareness, and leadership grounded in EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.

The Assistant Manager supports recruiting, employee coaching and development, daily store operations, inventory and fulfillment, merchandising, and visual standards. They help drive individual and team styling results, Trendsend styling, customer order fulfillment, customer outreach, payroll management, and sales performance in line with store goals. They also lead a Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
• Support recruiting efforts to build a talented team aligned with the company’s culture and HEART Styling Experience.
• Maintain a strong presence on the sales floor and lead by example in following company and Store Manager standards.
• Assist the Store Manager with coaching, teaching, and developing employees.
• Support daily store operations, inventory management, fulfillment, and merchandising and visual standards.
• Drive personal and team styling performance, Trendsend styling, customer order fulfillment, and customer outreach.
• Support payroll management and maintain sales performance in line with store goals.
• Lead the assigned Division of Responsibility based on the store’s volume group.
