About The Position

EVEREVE is hiring a part-time Lead Merchandiser to help drive store sales and customer loyalty by creating an exceptional customer experience through a well-merchandised, visually engaging, brand-appropriate store environment. The role works at least 15 hours per week in the store and leads merchandising tasks for the store team, partnering with store leadership and regional merchandising leadership to execute merchandising directives and maintain visual standards.

Requirements

Clear, motivating communication style and strong presentation skills.
Collaborative approach and creative problem-solving skills, with a focus on the brand and customer experience.
Attention to detail, strong time management, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently in stores and be self-motivated.
Creativity balanced with logic, organizational, and operational skills.
Retail visual merchandising experience specifically in women’s clothing.
Ability to climb a ladder as needed.
Ability to lift 20–30 pounds.

Responsibilities

Act and lead through EVEREVE’s HEART values: humility, empathy, authenticity, relationships, and tenacity.
Work a minimum of 15 hours per week in the store and lead merchandising tasks and responsibilities for the store team.
Execute weekly and monthly merchandising directives in partnership with store leadership and the Regional Merchandise Manager or Director.
Implement visual strategies that drive sales, create brand consistency, and improve the customer experience.
Work with the leadership team to uphold visual standards throughout the day and week as a shared team responsibility.
Respond to sell-through and replenish the styling floor, focusing on outfitting and floorset integrity.
Partner with the Inventory Specialist to execute markdowns, re-merchandise the styling floor, and expand or condense the sale section as needed.
