About The Position
The Sales Associate supports sales and customer engagement in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves helping customers find suitable products, providing personalized product and styling recommendations, building customer relationships, and contributing to individual and store sales goals. The Sales Associate also helps maintain an inviting in-store experience through floor organization, merchandising, replenishment, fitting room support, and customer service. Additional duties include stocking, organizing inventory, completing backroom tasks, following store procedures, and collaborating with teammates.
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Sales Associate.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Proficiency with Apple products, G Suite, and omnichannel POS systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service focus and a friendly, customer-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Flexible scheduling and availability to work retail hours, which may include day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
- High school degree.
