About The Position

A Free People Stylist contributes to driving sales by providing each customer with a genuine experience. The role represents the brand on the sales floor, offers personalized product advice and styling guidance, and uses technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and offers. The Stylist works collaboratively with peers and leadership, participates in team learning and store initiatives, and helps maintain visual, operational, safety, and inventory standards while keeping the focus on the customer.

Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand and drive an energized store experience on the sales floor.
Initiate conversations and share advice and product knowledge to engage customers in a personalized, genuine way.
Use technology to stay informed about events and special offers in store and online, enhancing the customer experience with an omnichannel perspective.
Contribute to an inclusive, people-first philosophy by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others.
Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities.
Maintain Free People’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
Support the shipment process and develop awareness of new and reshipped products.
Follow store safety standards, support inventory accuracy and product-loss reduction, and uphold company policies and procedures.
