About The Position

A Stylist contributes to driving sales by providing a genuine experience to each customer. The role represents the Free People brand, creates an energetic and personalized experience on the sales floor, and uses product knowledge and technology to support customers across in-store and online experiences. The Stylist also works collaboratively with peers and leadership and helps maintain visual, operational, and safety standards that support store profitability.

Requirements

Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand in a way that reflects company values and maintain an energized pace on the sales floor.
Initiate conversations with customers and share advice and product knowledge in a personalized, genuine way throughout the store.
Use technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and special offers, enhancing the customer experience with an omni-channel perspective.
Contribute to an inclusive, people-first team environment by being positive, respectful, and helpful.
Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Maintain Free People’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
Support the shipment process to learn about products, including new and reshipped items.
Follow store safety standards, support inventory accuracy and product-loss reduction, and uphold company policies and procedures.
