About The Position

A Stylist contributes to driving sales by providing a genuine experience to each customer. The role represents the Free People brand, supports customer-focused store operations, and collaborates with peers and leadership to create an inclusive, people-first environment. This position is located at 3948 Magazine St, New Orleans, Louisiana, 70115.

Requirements

Love for the FP brand.
Experience in customer service.
Experience being a team player.
Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Act as a brand representative reflective of company values and drive the store experience on the sales floor with an energized pace.
Initiate conversations and share advice and product knowledge to interact with customers in a personalized, genuine way throughout the store.
Use technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and special offers, enhancing the customer experience with an omnichannel perspective.
Contribute to an inclusive, people-first philosophy by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others.
Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Maintain Free People’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
Support the shipment process to build awareness of products, including new and reshipped items.
Follow store safety standards, maintain inventory accuracy, help reduce product loss, and uphold company policies and procedures to support store profitability.
