About The Position

A Stylist contributes to driving sales by providing a genuine experience to each customer. The role represents the Free People brand on the sales floor, offers personalized product advice, and uses technology to stay informed about in-store and online events and offers. The Stylist collaborates with the team, participates in learning and sharing product and trend knowledge, and helps maintain visual, operational, safety, and inventory standards while supporting store profitability.

Requirements

Ability to work flexible hours to meet store needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

Represent the brand in a way that reflects company values and maintain an energized pace on the sales floor.
Initiate conversations and share advice and product knowledge to engage customers in a personalized, genuine way across store zones.
Use technology to stay informed about events and special offers in store and online, enhancing the customer experience with an omni perspective.
Contribute to an inclusive, people-first philosophy by being positive, respectful, and helpful to others.
Collaborate with peers and leadership, share ideas, and participate in daily meetings, store initiatives, and brand focuses.
Participate in learning and sharing product knowledge, current trends, and personal styling priorities to inspire customers.
Maintain Free People’s visual and operational standards while keeping the focus on the customer.
Support the shipment process to learn about products, including new and reshipped items.
Follow store safety standards, support inventory accuracy and product-loss reduction, and uphold company policies and procedures to support store profitability.
